30 calendar days from signed contract and 50% deposit. Week 1 is discovery and brand strategy. Week 2 you pick from 3 brand directions. Weeks 3–4 we build, review, and deploy to Vercel — done by day 30.
50/50: half to start, half before launch. No mid-project surprise fees, no "scope changes" invoice mid-stretch. Optional managed hosting after launch is billed separately at $50/mo if you want us to handle it.
It almost never happens — the discovery phase does the heavy lifting, so the directions come from what you tell us about the business. If we ever got there, there's a structured $750 add-on for strategy refinement and 2 new directions.
